Terms and Conditions

Welcome to On the Road: Mobile RV Repair ("we", "our", or "us"). By scheduling a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We provide mobile RV repair services in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding foothills. Services include but are not limited to repair of RV systems, maintenance, and emergency support.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

  • No Call / No Show appointments are subject to a $100 trip fee.

  • Emergency services outside regular hours (Thurs–Mon, 8am–8pm) are subject to emergency rates.

3. Parts & Special Orders

  • Parts may be stocked or ordered through reputable distributors.

  • Special order parts require an upfront deposit and are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees may apply for special orders.

4. Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to decline service requests outside of our geographic area.

  • Availability outside business hours is not guaranteed.

  • All services are provided "as-is" and depend on part availability and safe working conditions.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit, or other payment methods as discussed at time of booking.

  • Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late fee of 10%.

6. Liability

  • While we take care to avoid damage, we are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing RV issues.

    • Incidental or consequential damages.

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to your RV and a safe working environment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
